St Michael’s Chalton music events: “Escaping Time” concert

Garry Lace from Idsworth Church music events writes:

We have been very lucky to persuade one of the most imaginative trios on the UK music scene right now to perform for us at our sister church, St Michael’s, this October.

Combining harp, drums, electric guitar and electronics into a feast of classical, Brazilian, contemporary and electronic sounds, it’s definitely not one to miss. This is a rare performance by the group outside London, so we expect tickets to sell out very quickly, particularly given the early reservations that have already been made.

You can listen to Escaping Time here, or take Ronnie Wood’s word for it. ‘I’ve never heard a harpist play with such clarity like this before.’ Ronnie Wood, The Rolling Stones.

Tickets £20 and link to further info.
